Located within Shaw Centre Singapore, Bistro Du Vin draws inspiration from the timeless charm of traditional French bistros, where good food, conversation and hospitality come together in an intimate and welcoming setting. Conceived as a contemporary interpretation of a classic neighbourhood restaurant, the project celebrates the warmth and authenticity associated with everyday dining culture in France.

The interior balances rustic elegance with refined detailing, creating an atmosphere that feels both familiar and enduring. Rich timber finishes, textured surfaces and carefully considered lighting contribute to a sense of comfort and intimacy, while the spatial arrangement encourages leisurely dining and social interaction. Drawing from the character of traditional Parisian bistros, the design embraces a layered material palette that evokes heritage without feeling nostalgic.
