Designed and built for Dementia SIngapore, this workplace reimagines the modern office as a calm, welcoming environment that supports collaboration, wellbeing and everyday productivity. Created for an organisation dedicated to supporting people living with dementia and their caregivers, the office prioritises openness, comfort and human-centred design, providing staff with a workplace that encourages both focus and meaningful interaction.

A palette of soft greens, crisp white finishes and light timber introduces a sense of warmth and tranquility throughout the office. An open-plan layout is carefully organised with integrated planter dividers and informal lounge settings, defining collaborative zones while preserving a spacious working atmosphere. The combination of natural materials and greenery creates a refreshing workplace that feels bright, approachable and connected.
