Tucked behind an unassuming storefront along Amoy Street, Employees Only Singapore brings the spirit of the legendary New York cocktail institution into the heart of Singapore's nightlife scene. Realised through coordinated build and execution works, the project translates the distinctive character of the original venue into an environment where cocktails, dining, performance and social energy converge within a single immersive setting.

The spatial experience is intentionally layered and theatrical, unfolding from a discreet entrance into a series of intimate lounge environments, bar interactions and high-energy social spaces. Rather than relying on overt spectacle, the atmosphere is shaped through carefully calibrated lighting, material contrasts and the relationship between movement, visibility and gathering throughout the venue.
