Located within Shaw Centre Singapore, Scotts Grill is conceived as a contemporary grill restaurant shaped around warmth, approachability and the spirit of shared dining. Developed as a platform for nurturing the new generation of culinary talent, the project moves away from the formality often associated with steakhouses and grill restaurants, instead creating an environment that feels relaxed, welcoming and socially engaging.

The interior is organised through a series of intimate dining zones anchored by continuous banquette seating, allowing 34-seat restaurant to feel both connected and comfortably scaled. Burnt terracotta tones, soft lighting and tactile material finishes establish a sense of familiarity throughout the space, while carefully considered spatial proportions support a dining experience that feels warmth and inviting.
