Located along South Bridge Road, Meh'r by Inderpal is conceived as a contemporary Indian dining destination shaped around cultural storytelling, dining atmosphere and the evolving experience of modern Indian cuisine. The project explores a spatial language that balances refinement and richness - creating an environment that feels immersive yet restrained within the context of Singapore's urban dining scene.

Rather than relying on traditional interpretations of Indian restaurant interiors, the space is organised through layered dining environments, controlled visual transitions and carefully composed dining moments that unfold progressively throughout the restaurant. Seating arrangements, circulation flow and spatial zoning were considered to support both intimate dining experiences and larger social gatherings while maintaining continuity across the overall environment.
