Located along the vibrant street of Duxton Hill, the original Lucha Loco introduced an energetic Mexican cantina experience inspired by the colourful spirit of street culture and neighbourhood gatherings. The project embraced a raw, industrial aesthetic that reflected the casual, unpretentious character of the brand, creating a lively destination where great food, cocktails and conversations naturally came together.

The interior combines exposed materials, textured finishes and eclectic decorative elements to create an atmosphere full of personality. Raw industrial surfaces and weathered textures are softened by lush green seating, vibrant posters, playful graphics and warm neon lighting that inject colour and energy throughout the space.
