Located along East Coast Road, Lower East Side is conceived as a contemporary Mexican dining destination shaped around the vibrancy, spontaneity and social energy of modern cantina culture. The project draws from the layered atmosphere of Mexico City dining spaces - balancing bold material expression, warm tonal contrasts and an environment designed around gathering, conversation and shared dining experiences.

The spatial experience unfolds through a series of interconnected F&B moments, where bar, seating, dining zones and circulation paths overlap to create a lively and immersive restaurant environment. Earth-toned surfaces, textured finishes and saturated color accents are contrasted against darker architectural elements to establish a space that feels energetic yet grounded within the context of Singapore's urban dining scene.
