Located along Tanjong Pagar Road Singapore, Papi's Tacos is conceived as a contemporary taqueria inspired by the informal street dining culture of Central Mexico. Rather than recreating a polished restaurant environment, the project embraces the energy, warmth and authenticity associated with traditional Mexican taco culture, creating a space where food, conversation and community take centre stage.

The spatial experience draws inspiration from neighbourhood taquerias found across Mexico, where dining is casual, social and deeply connected to everyday life. Vibrant colour accents, tactile material finishes and open dining arrangements create a lively atmosphere that encourages communal dining and spontaneous interaction. The environment balances the familiarity of street food culture with a contemporary architectural language suited to Singapore's urban dining scene.
