ZENIYA SINGAPORE

Located within Shangri-La Singapore, Zeniya Singapore is conceived as a contemporary kaiseki dining environment shaped around precision, seasonality and the quiet refinement of Japanese dining culture. Developed in partnership with Les Amis Group as the Singapore offshoot of the acclaimed restaurant from Kanazawa, Japan, the project draws from the philosophy of Kaga Ryori - where restraint, craftmanship and attention to detail define the overall dining experience.

Rather than relying on overt gestures, the spatial language is composed through controlled proportions, softened material contrasts and carefully paced transitions that support the intimacy and rhythm of omakase dining. Seating arrangements, lighting composition and the relationship between guests and preparation spaces were curated to create a space that feels calm, delibrate and immersive throughout the dining journey.
