Inspired by Chef Tomo's Sando cuisine, from his attention to detail to the bold contrasting flavors, our designers worked towards a framework where modularity which is seen in Chef Tomo's cuisine, becomes part of the identity of the space.
The strategy to reinterpret Chef's Tomo's cuisine was executed through various means. From the bold contrast of colors applied to the counter and overall space to the wire mesh that creates that perforated lightness, we further integrated red frameworks modularly to create more contrast in both colors and volume of the space.
