Located within Forum The Shopping Mall along Orchard Road, Gyu San introduces a contemporary Japanese dining concept centred around the craftsmanship of Wagyu hamburgs and the theatre of live charcoal grilling. Conceived as a modern restaurant and izakaya destination, the project brings guests closer to the cooking process through an immersive dining environment where preparation, fire and interaction become integral parts of the experience.

At the heart of the space is an open-concept island charcoal counter, where Wagyu hamburgs are shaped, grilled and finished a la minute over premium binchotan charcoal. The layout encourages visual engagement between chefs and guests, transforming the preparation process into a performance that celebrates precision, technique and ingredient quality. Warm materials, carefully composed lighting and contemporary Japanese detailing create an atmosphere that balances energy with refinement.
