HUIZE VAN WELY SINGAPORE

Located within Raffles Hotel Singapore, Huize Van Wely marks the first Singapore outpost of the century old Dutch patisserie founded in Noordwijk, Holland in 1922. Conceived as a refined European-style cafe and lounge environment, the space brings together pastry retail, dine-in experience and bar service within the context of one of Singapore's most iconic heritage destinations.

The 42-seater environment balances classical elegance with contemporary f&b through the integration of marble surfaces, velvet seating and a sculptural arch display that anchors the spatial experience. Rather than functioning sorely as a pastry boutique, the project was shaped to support multiple modes of occupation - from casual daytime dining and dessert experiences to evening lounge gatherings within the atmosphere of Raffles Hotel Singapore.
