Located within Shaw Centre Singapore, Jinjo is conceived as a contemporary sumiyaki dining destination centred around the artistry of Japanese charcoal grilling. Led by veteran washoku chef Makoto Saito, the restaurant celebrates the diversity of Japan's regional ingredients through a menu shaped by seasonality craftmanship and the distinctive character imparted by binchotan charcoal.

The spatial experiences reflects the duality of the dining concept - balancing the energy of an active grill-focused restaurant with the refinement associated with traditional Japanese dining. Behind a discreet facade, the environment unfolds into a layered dining space where warm materiality, controlled lighting and visual connections to the culinary experience create an atmosphere that feels both lively and intimate.
