Located along Keong Saik Road Singapore, Kagayaki by Ishigaki Yoshida celebrates the artistry of teppanyaki through an intimate dining experience centred around craftmanship, precision and exceptional ingredients. Realised through coordinated build and execution works, the project creates an environment where guests can engage directly with the culinary process, transforming dining into a multisensory experience of skill, technique and performance.

The spatial experience is organised around the teppan counter, where the relationship between chef and guest becomes the focal point of the restaurant. Warm material finishes, carefully controlled lighting and refined detailing establish an atmosphere of understated luxury, allowing attention to remain on the preparation of premium ingredients, including the celebrated Ishigaki beef from Okinawa. The environment balances intimacy and sophistication while supporting the theatrical nature of live teppanyaki cooking.
